Returns and Refunds

Please be advised that all online / web sales are final and Red Shack Soap LLC does NOT accept returns.

The exception to this is if products arrive damaged, or your order is incorrect, Shipping & handling is nonrefundable on returns. There are NO cash refunds. Red Shack Soap must be notified immediately upon receipt of damaged goods. Upon receipt of your order please inspect the package for any damage, shortages, or incorrect orders. Please report any errors within 48 hours of receiving your shipment, Contact Red Shack Soap at 661.699.6576.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is available only within the continental US. International shipping is not available at this time.

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at check out. 

Estimated delivery times:

USPS First Class 3-5 business days

USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur during inclement weather and in December.
